The contents came well packaged but one of the powder pots was open and two of the brush pots were stuck closed. When I managed to get them open, I found the process great and my nails turned out really well. Over a week later and they are still in perfect condition!

Very bad experience, they trick the customers claiming that the shipping costs are free above 15 £, but then they charge 5€ of shipping costs no matter the amount of the purchase (way over 15£).
I inmediattely requested the order to be cancelled and got a reply the next day that they couldn't cancel the order, even when it wasn't sent yet, and they didn't offer any other solution. Another day passed until the package was actually picked up by the carrier, so plenty of time to stop the sending, but now they want me to also pay the returning costs.
They also gave me the wrong reference order number to request myself the return when I asked for the return process to be initiated...
The customer service of this company feels like a joke, tbh 😪
After trying it, all the products smell terribly strong, specially the top coat, irritating my throat to make me cough and my eyes cry, this can't be healthy to use at home at all, and it's written in the bottles "for professional use only".
Honestly I prefer a bit of UV light (same as the sunlight) than whatever toxic chemicals in this products...

I was unsure how easy it would be to do my own nails but I am actually very impressed! I love the look, my natural nails are longer and stronger. Extremely happy with my set and decided not to write a review until I had completed at least 2 sets. I am so pleased with the results. They lasted 3 weeks (give or take a few tiny chips in corners here or there which I expected as my job is not the most gentle to hands). Taking them off was SO easy following the videos and the 2nd set I did was amazing too. The most confident I've felt about my nails ever, as I've seen so much growth too and been given so many compliments!

I really love the manicure kit. Sure, it takes a couple of goes to really get it nailed (pardon the pun), but on my fourth go I was really pleased with the outcome. It does take time, but it’s a nice hour or so to take out and enjoy to yourself.
Although everything is great, there is one thing I’m not quite up to speed with - the top coat brush does go hard. I’ve used the clean it but it seems to have ruined the brush. Not the end of the world but it can ruin the final part!

Takes a bit of time to perfect but I’m really happy with this product. I don't get my nails done at a salon and am always frustrated that at home polish only lasts a couple of days. This is great, follow the steps and it really works and lasts. Easy to remove as well!
