Avoid Sassy Saints at all costs! My experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After waiting nearly two weeks for my order to arrive, the company refused to accept my cancellation request within the legally allowed period under UK consumer laws, forcing me to wait for the product to arrive and return it instead. When it did, there were no return instructions, and their rude, abrasive customer service refused to provide clear guidance on how to return the item or get my refund. They demanded unnecessary photos of every product to prove they hadn’t been opened, creating needless barriers to prevent refunds. Their practices are unethical, non-compliant with UK consumer laws, and feel like a scam. Avoid this company entirely!

I used this product for the first time almost 3 months ago. I struggled with the application and it chipped a lot. Luckily they have the beat customer service that guided me with my applications and I feel more confident in using the kit. Molly was very lovely and responds promptly with queries. Took me almost 2 hrs on my first attempt and now only 20-30mins. I still chip it sometimes like one nail or so but it can be easily done again. Its all worth it! Just keep trying.
