I found the kit easy to use, and my skin is smoother for it. I quite enjoyed the process, despite some stinging.

My only problem is that the serum is insufficient (there was a lot of air in both my syringes).

I purchased this product just prior to Christmas 2024. I have used it twice and I would absolutely recommend it. I’m 56 and during the colder months, my skin looks and feels tired. The difference after one use was noticeable and has continued with the second. It’s really easy to use and quite relaxing too. It left me with a definite glow. Thank you.

I cannot believe how my skin felt after this treatment. The glow was just amazing. The instructions are so easy to follow. I had minimal redness for 24hours. I actually liked that my skin felt almost tight after because I know the products had actually done something. I completed the course of facials and I am absolutely purchasing another box. I’ve used the kit a couple of times so far and whilst it hasn’t worked miracles on my deep set wrinkles or scarring it has made my skin look healthier and it feels so much smoother. I suffered with severe acne throughout my teens and twenties which left me with lots of scarring and texture on my skin. I purchased 2 kits and have done 4 facials.. The instructions are very easy to follow and the outcome is lovely. My skin felt soft and so clean. My only minor niggle is there could be more serum.

I used to wear make up all the time, i did not feel comfortable to go out without make up on. Thanks to this product, I feel comfortable with my face. My face got more even colour, blemishes disappeared and it feels good. I only wish Sassy Saints would give more serum, or if they would be more specific on which serum can be used as a replacement.

Have only used once so far, as can only use every 3 weeks due to no make up for 72 hours! Enjoyed the process of the treatment, no pain just tingling sensation when rubbing mask in. Dried hard and wasn't as simple as video shows in removing it with a flannel. I had bright red face for 24 hours, peeling on cheeks on day 4 and 5 but super super soft skin after. Hope it still works as well by not being able to repeat sooner. Agree with others, not enough serum at all, especially as it's recommended to use on days after too, will barely last just once for the 4 treatments, so that is disappointing as you want to feel your skin is getting nourished before you start using other products/serums again. Great that you can do this in comfort of own home and depending on if I look even slightly different after 4 treatments will certainly buy again. (Don't know why the bowl and applicator are 'free' as they are needed anyway and should be included regardless)
