Returns
To return your kit please reach out to our customer support via wegotyou@sassysaints.com and they'll initiate the returns process.

*Please note that the return policy is only available for unused products. If your product is used please go to the refund policy.

You are not eligible for a return in the following cases:

Expired Return Window: If the return window of 30 days after receiving the goods has expired, you are not be eligible for a return. 
Return costs: The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless SassySaints has agreed to bear those costs. 
Product Used: To stringent hygiene standards, once a product has been utilized, it becomes ineligible for return. However, we encourage you to explore our Refunds - 3 Treatments Risk-Free Trial Policy as an alternative avenue to assess product efficacy and satisfaction. Be aware that this policy is only applicable for kits and not for any other products and categories.
Seal is off of products: goods are not be eligible for return if the seal for health or hygiene reasons is broken after delivery, unless they are faulty.
Non-Compliance with Return Policy: Failure to comply with the return policy, such as not providing proof of purchase or returning items beyond the specified time frame, result in ineligibility for a refund.
Damage Caused by Customer: If the product has been damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.
Gift with Purchase: If a free gift was provided with the purchase and it’s not returned along with the product, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
