Patch Test (Safety First!)

Why It's Important:
Performing a patch test ensures you won’t have an allergic reaction to the product.

  1. Apply a small amount of Shape It, and Fix It for the recommend time & a small amount of  tint & oxidize it to the inner elbow or behind your ear.
  2. Leave the product on for the recommended time (see flowchart), rinse, and wait for 24 hours.
  3. If redness, swelling, or irritation occurs, do not proceed with the treatment.

Precautions for Lash Lift & Tint

  • Work on One Eye at a Time: This ensures precise results and an easier process.
  • Avoid Sensitive or Irritated Skin: Don’t perform the treatment if your eyelid skin is inflamed, sensitive, or has open wounds.
  • Aftercare: For the first 24 hours, avoid water, makeup, direct sunlight, and rubbing your lashes.

What You’ll Need

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, gather these supplies:

  • Stick It, Shape It, Fix It, Boost It (lash lift solutions)
  • Y brush
  • Double-sided skin-friendly tape
  • Plastic film (pre-cut pieces)
  • 2 shields (choose the right size for your lashes)
  • Lash lift applicator brush
  • Lash tint
  • Oxidize it
  • Mixing plate
  • Under-eye pads
  • Cotton pads
  • Vaseline
  • Cotton buds
  • Clean It solution
  • Tissue/paper towel

Choosing the Correct Shield Size

Why It's Important:
The shield size determines the lift’s shape and results.

  • Small: Very short lashes
  • Medium: Short to medium lashes
  • Large: Medium to long lashes
  • Extra Large: Very long lashes

Pro Tip: For a dramatic look, choose a smaller shield. If unsure, start with medium.

Cleanse Your Lashes

Before You Begin:

  • Remove all makeup or oils from your lashes with a cotton pad and makeup remover.
  • If using oil-based remover, follow with water to remove residue.
  • Let your lashes air dry completely.

Apply Skin-Friendly Tape and Shield

  1. Prepare the Tape:
    • Peel off both sides of the double-sided tape. Use a small fold on one side to easily remove it.
  2. Apply Tape:
    • Place tape on your eyelid, close to the lash line. Add a smaller strip for precise fit.
  3. Attach the Shield:
    • Place the shield onto the tape and press it down, ensuring a snug fit.

Stick Lashes to the Shield

How to Do It:

  • Apply Stick It to a small section of the shield (about 1 cm) and lashes using the applicator brush.
  • Use a cotton bud to press lashes onto the shield. Work in sections from the outer to inner corner.
  • Use the Y brush to ensure lashes are straight and not overlapping.

Pro Tip: If any lashes come unstuck, reapply Stick It and press again. Hold it in position for a few seconds, this will help.

Apply Shape It

  1. Use the Shape It applicator brush to apply the lotion to the base of your lashes, stopping midway. Avoid the tips to prevent overprocessing.
  2. Cover lashes with pre-cut plastic wrap to help the development process.

Processing Time

Follow the flowchart for the correct processing time based on your hair type.

Remove Shape It and Apply Fix It

  1. Remove Shape It: Use a cotton bud in upward motions to remove the lotion.
  2. Apply Fix It: Apply Fix It in the same way as Shape It—base to mid-lash only.
  3. Cover: Use a fresh piece of plastic wrap to seal the product for development.

Tinting Process

  1. Prepare the Tint:
    • Mix tint and oxidant in a 1:1 ratio (one pump each).
    • Stir until smooth and creamy.

  2. Apply the Tint:
    • With your shield still in place, apply the tint to upper lashes using the flat side of the applicator brush.
    • Apply the undereye pad & carefully tint your bottom lashes, avoiding the skin.

Processing Time for Tint

Refer to the flowchart for the correct time based on your hair type.

Remove Tint and Clean Lashes

  1. Use a cotton bud to remove most of the tint from the top lashes (upward motion) and bottom lashes (downward motion).
  2. Soak a cotton pad with Clean It solution and wipe away remaining tint.
  3. Free lashes from the shield and remove under-eye pads.

Pro Tip: Always use Clean It solution, not water, to finish the process.

Boost It

  1. Dip the mascara wand side of the applicator brush into Boost It.
  2. Remove excess product onto a paper towel and brush it through your lashes.

Aftercare Tips

To maintain fresh lashes:

    • Avoid Water: Keep your lashes dry for 24 hours to let the tint fully set.
  • Use a Lash Serum: Apply a lash serum regularly to keep your lashes hydrated and strong.
    • No Makeup: Skip mascara or eye makeup for the first 24 hours.
    • No Rubbing: Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes and lashes.
    • Avoid Heat: Stay away from saunas, steam, and hot showers for 48 hours.
    • Skip Oil-Based Products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers or cleansers on your lashes, as they can cause the effects to fade more quickly.
    • No Curling: Do not use an eyelash curler for at least 24 hours.
    • Be Gentle: Use a gentle cleanser around the eyes.

    Maintenance Schedule

For best results, reapply this process every 6 weeks.
