So much easier to use than a nail file

Time saver

It was very easy to use, lightweight and good instructions given, plus a very good shape to hold however no way to tighten the bit in the top, as to reduce any wobble and feels expensive for what it is.

A manual is needed

The video is not enough, every time you need to get back and watch, the pink tool is not described. Maybe with more experience I’ll see the benefits, as of now, it took almost the same time.

Great tool for your manicure

After using the nail kit for the the first couple of manicures, I wasn’t a big fan of using the nail file included and saw that Sassy Saints offers an electrical nail file. This tool is great as it comes with different heads for different purposes. It even reverses depending on which is a your dominant hand.
Definitely would recommend adding to your nail kit if you regularly use the dip powder kit.

Never used an e-file before so find it a useful tool

I found the e-file quite easy to use but could have done with a tutorial which showed which piece to use & actually in use. The only SS tutorial I found just shows which piece to use but doesn't show it actually in use. Because of this I have tried to use the pink polishing tool but don't know when it should be used & if it should be used on it's side or top.
I have used the e-file 3 times & I'm still finding that it takes about 4-5 minutes per nail to take the old colour off - so it's not a great deal faster but is much easier for me as I have problems using my right arm a great deal.
All in all I'm finding it a useful bit of kit & I'm sure I'll improve with time.

The Best Home E File ive used

I can honestly say that SS E file is the best I have ever used. Its so light and easy to use. Its had alot of thought put into it on how the controls work at the press of a button to change motions etc. Love it that its cordless too. It makes doing my nails a whole lot quicker and easier. xx

Hello, I couldn't review your product since I realized that I did not purchase the basecoat, activator and the topcoat. therefore, I tried ordering them again, but it says that you do not ship to my country (Kuwait) which is strange because initially I ordered, and it was shipped to Kuwait. Also, note that I have contacted you mentioning what I have experienced and yet no one answered me.

Having previously used a cheap Amazon file this was far superior. It was convenient being rechargeable and cordless. Very affective at removing old product and smoothing new product but also gentle on my skin.
